an efficient tracing feature of the Linux kernel.\n\n## LICENSE\n\nPlease see the file [LICENSE](https://github.com/pmem/vltrace/blob/master/LICENSE)\nfor information on how this tool is licensed.\n\n## DEPENDENCIES\n\nThe vltrace depends on [libbcc](https://github.com/iovisor/bcc) library.\nThe installation guide of libbcc can be found [here](https://github.com/iovisor/bcc/blob/master/INSTALL.md).\n\n## SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS\n\n - kernel v4.7 or later [(to attach eBPF to tracepoints)](https://github.com/iovisor/bcc/blob/master/docs/kernel-versions.md)\n - kernel headers installed:\n    - 'kernel-devel' package on RHEL, Fedora and CentOS or\n    - 'linux-headers' package on Debian and Ubuntu\n - libbcc v0.4.0\n - CAP_SYS_ADMIN capability (required by the bpf() syscall)\n - mounted debugfs and tracefs\n\n## CONTACTS\n\nIf you read the [blog post](https://pmem.io/blog/2022/11/update-on-pmdk-and-our-long-term-support-strategy/) and still have some questions (especially about discontinuation of the project), please contact us using the dedicated e-mail: pmdk_support@intel.com.\n","funding_links":[],"categories":["C"],"sub_categories":[],"project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fpmem%2Fvltrace","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fpmem%2Fvltrace","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fpmem%2Fvltrace/lists"}
