te\n\nPackage te implements temporal expressions.\n\nAn expression is an implementation of the `Expression` interface. Two methods\nmust be implemented: `IsActive` which returns true if the expression is active\nat the given time, and `Next` which returns the next active time.\n\nA handful of expressions are included. They compute the next time within the\nlocation of the given time.
