to share packets between processes using [servo's ipc-channel](https://github.com/servo/ipc-channel).\n\nAttempts to be as efficient as possible while still allowing packets to be used with C connect. \n\nTo start, create a server, and accept a connection:\n\n```rust\nlet server = Server::new().expect(\"Failed to build server\");\nlet server_name = server.name.clone();\nlet connection = futures::spawn(server.accept()).expect(\"No connection formed\");\n```\n\nOnce a server is created, you can then use the server's name to create a client:\n\n```rust\nlet client = Client::new(server_name.clone()).expect(\"Failed to connect\");\n```\n\nAt this point, you can send packets to the client:\n\n```rust\nconnection.send(Some(packets)).expect(\"Failed to send\");\n```\n\nor tell the client you are done sending packets:\n\n```rust\nconnection.send(None).expect(\"Failed to send\");\n```\n\nand close the connection:\n\n```rust\nconnection.close();\n```\n\nThe client is immediately available for use, and can receive packets using:\n\n```rust\nlet opt_packets =
