Navigate to the `web` directory:\n   ```bash\n   cd web\n   ```\n2. Start the Hugo development server:\n   ```bash\n   hugo server -D\n   ```\n3. Open your browser to `http://localhost:1313`.\n\n### Building for Production\n\nTo generate the static site files in the `web/public` directory:\n```bash\ncd web\nhugo\n```\n\n## Contributing\n\nPlease place your documentation and drafts in the appropriate `docs/` subfolder.
