built with [Rasa](https://rasa.com/), Python and love ❤️ and proudly **features**:\n\n- a fancy frontend build with [chatroom.js](https://github.com/scalableminds/chatroom)\n- using free APIs (_no signup or API key required_):\n  - **real weather data** from [Bright Sky](https://brightsky.dev/docs/#/) API\n    - forecasts up to seven days\n    - historical data from 01.01.2010\n  - geocoding via [Nominatim](https://nominatim.org/) API\n  - user IP address as a location fallback via [ipinfo.io](https://ipinfo.io/) API\n- slots for place and time for keeping conversation context\n- a [dateparser](https://dateparser.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) for date and time extraction\n- high test coverage via Pytest and Rasa's tests\n- full Dockerization\n\n## Getting started\n\nTo start WeatherWiz you will need:\n\n- a working [Docker engine](https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/)\n- Internet access (for setup and API access)\n- at least 16GB RAM (32GB recommended)\n\nTalking to WeatherWiz is as easy as:\n\n1. Clone the project\n2. Open a shell in the project folder\n3. In the shell, run `docker compose up`\n4. Open [localhost:8000](http://localhost:8000) in your browser\n5. Enjoy talking to WeatherWiz... 🙂\n\n## Contributing\n\nWeatherWiz suggests the following development setup:\n\n1. **Docker** to run the application\n2. **Poetry** for dependency management\n3. **Ruff** for formatting and linting\n4. A type checker, preferably [pyright](https://github.com/microsoft/pyright)\n5. **Pytest** for unit testing\n\nConfiguration is located in the `pyproject.toml`, at the root of the project.\n\nTo contribute:\n\n1. Fork this repository\n2. Do your changes, including:\n   - test coverage\n   - documentation\n3.
