Install and open the [Arc browser](https://arc.net/) on your computer.\n2. Navigate to the create Boost page by either (1) clicking on the **+ button** in your sidebar and select New Boost or (2) hit **⌘ + T** to open your Command Bar and type **New Boost**.\n3. Select the `Custom` template, then select `All websites`.\n4. Copy and paste codes from `content.js` and `styles.css` in this repository into the respective files in your new custom Boost.\n5. In your new Boost's settings located at the top left corner ⚙️, update your new Boost's name to `Mindful Media` and ensure that the `Content script runs` is set to `After page loads`.\n\n### Optional Steps\n\n7. Configure the countdown time, mindfulness reminder, and the affected websites in your `content.js` file.\n8.
