Currently, the idea is implemented in the form of a Telegram bot.\n\nThe bot has the following functionality:\n- Parsing questions from an Excel file.\n- Generating a list of questions based on selected topics and subtopics chosen by the interviewer.\n- The bot sequentially presents the current interview question with a brief answer and the question's importance.\n- The interviewer can record assessments of how the candidate answered.
