parkes-presenter adds 3 methods to instances of your models\n\n### presentJson(permittedAttributes, { include, includeMethod })\n\n`permittedAttributes` the attributes to copy from the model, if these end in the\nname of your presentation key (eg postUuid), a virtual foreign\n`include` array of model names to include when creating JSON\n`includeMethod` method to call on nested models to generate their JSON\n\n### toPublic\n\ncalls `presentJson` with the class's publicAttributes and nestedModels\n\n### toPrivate\n\nAlternate presenter that uses privateAttributes and nestedModels.private\n\n# Lazy Loading\nBy default, parkes-presenter will lazy load any missing associations.\n\nTo prevent infinite recursion, it will not repeat a nested model.\n\nThis does come at a performance cost. To improve performance you may want to\neager load associations before passing them in.\n\nYou can disable lazy loading by setting the\n`missingAssociations` option. It can be set to either `false`, `'warn'` or `'load'`.\n\n`'load'` enables the default behaviour of lazy loading.\n\nIf set to `false` then associations (and foreign keys) will only be present if\nthey have been eager loaded from sequelize (or if you manually add them to the\nrecord).\n\nSetting `warn` will cause console warnings when expected associations are missing.\n\nThis can get pretty noisy, so you can also pass in an object specifying `'warn'` or\n`'load'` for each model name.\n\n```js\nPresenter.extendModels(sequelize.models, {\n  missingAssociations: {\n    post: 'warn',\n    user: 'load',\n    comment: 'false'\n  }\n});\n```\n\n# Eager Loading\n\nTo eager load associations use the `include` option.
