It's useful for recording metrics,\nevents, and performing analytics.\n\nIt has a built-in HTTP API so you don't have to write any server side\ncode to get up and running.\n\nInfluxDB is designed to be scalable, simple to install and manage, and\nfast to get data in and out.\n\nIt aims to answer queries in real-time.
