Just go to the Max subdirectory.\n\nHello, and thanks for reading.\n\nI have rather a lot of Javascript code that I've written for my music projects\nusing Max/MSP, and these days, Max For Live.\n\nThese include:\n\n- a systematic and easy method for breaking your Javascript into smaller files\n  using make and your favorite C compiler.\n\n- a unit testing framework for Javascript code, with many examples of use.\n\n- utilities to perform common Javascript chores on:\n  - dictionaries\n  - arrays\n  - functions\n\n- utilities to create Max objects from a data description.\n\n- a small, light framework for undoable Javascript operations.\n  - very useful for live work when you sometimes need to \"go back\"\n  - examples of useful undoables\n\n- utilities to read and write JSON dictionaries to and from files.\n\n- utilities for dealing with Max For Live\n  - including an undoable Max For Live operation\n\n- and more\n\n\nNote that not all of this is here yet!  I'm going to take the opportunity to\nclean up a bit as I go, and simply not check in boring code.  If you want some\nidea of what's coming, you can see a version from January or so at\nhttp://www.swirly.com/Max/ - but that's only for entertainment purposes and once\nall of this is up I'll delete that (and this comment).\n\n\nPlease let me know if you have any questions or problems!\n\nTom Swirly\ntom@swirly.com\n\n\nLATER NOTE: you will notice some less-documented Max patches in there.  These\nare working projects of mine that might be of interest and that wish to keep\na reference version of, but I do not guarantee will continue to exist in a\ncompatible form in the future.\n\nThe Javascript code, particularly the code with tests, is pretty well guaranteed\nto continue to work in a compatible fashion in the future.","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Frec%2Fswirly","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Frec%2Fswirly","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Frec%2Fswirly/lists"}
