The goal is to automatically capture\n\n- audio-video stimuli as presented to the participants using our\n  ReproStim's reprostim-videocapture\n\n- events information as recorded by response capturing device (of\n  https://curdes.com ATM).  This effort includes 2 approaches\n\n  - \"patching\" BIRCH interface software (in Python, not yet open)\n    to collect/record time stamps in easily accessible form\n\n  - develop/interface custom MicroPython board to collect events via \n    DB35 socket available on some curdes devices.\n\nand align them (in time) to fMRI data, which was obtained by the MRI\nscanner.\n\nAs the events information contains trigger pulses as well, in principle it\nmakes it relatively trivial to align those if automatically captured.\n\nVideos are trickier and hence we want to automate collection of\n\"callibration\" data samples while performing regular MRI QA.\n\nSee https://github.com/ReproNim/reprostim/issues/13 for more diagrams and\ninformation.\n\nThis repository contains all collected data, and psychopy \"stimuli\" displaying\nQR codes with metadata.\n\nDISCLAIMER/BEG-FOR-MERCY:\n\n- here we share audio-video recordings of \"stimuli\" which might include also\n  some periods of time around the experiment and thus potentially leaking some\n  sensitive (meta)data.
