It is in fact \nfairly not-simple in that a complete run requires:\n\n- AFNI (https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/, NeuroDebian)\n- BXH/XCEDE Tools (https://www.nitrc.org/projects/bxh_xcede_tools)\n- FreeSurfer (http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/)\n- fsutils (https://github.com/chaselgrove/fsutils, PyPi)\n- ImageMagick (http://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php, MacPorts, \n  Debian)\n- Jinja2 (Debian, PyPi)\n- nibabel (NeuroDebian, PyPi)\n- R (https://www.r-project.org/, Debian)\n\nInstall the script by putting the contents of this repository in a \ndirectory and setting RN_QA_DIR to this directory.\n\nRun the script with a structural volume, a time-series volume, and an \noutput directory that doesn't exist yet:\n\n::\n\n    $RN_QA_DIR/rn_qa anat.nii.gz time_series.nii.gz /path/to/output/directory\n\nThe results and intermediate data from the analysis are placed in the \noutput directory.
