It started\r\nas a bit of code for a mathematical modeling course in college.  Over\r\nthe years it has collected more functionality -- mostly investment and\r\npersonal finance applications.  Most recently I've added quite a bit\r\nof stuff around retirement planning.\r\n\r\nMuch of the functionality is contained in a set of modules I call [MR Fortran Finance Library](https://richmit.github.io/FortranFinance/MRFFL/index.html).\r\n\r\nYou will find a few directories at the root of the repository covering\r\nvarious computational finance topics:\r\n\r\n  - [Retirement Simulator](https://richmit.github.io/FortranFinance/retirement_simulation/index.html) : Retirement Simulator Tool\r\n  - [monte_carlo](https://richmit.github.io/FortranFinance/monte_carlo/index.html) : Illustrates basic resampling monte carlo for inflation and stock market returns.\r\n  - [loans](https://richmit.github.io/FortranFinance/loans/index.html) : Various loan TVM problems.\r\n  - [retirement](https://github.com/richmit/FortranFinance/tree/main/retirement) : Some TVM-style retirement problems.\r\n  - [cashflows](https://github.com/richmit/FortranFinance/tree/main/cashflows) : Just a demo of the cashflow module.\r\n\r\n### WARNING\r\n\r\nLastly, a warning.
