This is that list.\n\n\nHISTORY\n\n2017-Jan-10 Initial.\n2020-Dec-30 Put into repo and correct a few things.  These include\n  $ and $ instead of \\( and \\), mention RSFS, change to mathtools\n  from amsmath, improve discussion of spacing in math, and put\n  \\big, etc., first in discussion of fence sizing.\n\nFEEDBACK\n\nI appreciate corrections. However, this document requires that things\nare boiled down, so in some places I have made choices such as using an\nitalic d in the integral.
