If you want to\nidentify repetitive elements in a single genome, installing all of\nthese prerequisites is quite onerous.\n\n## Instructions\n\n### Building the image\n\nOne of the important prerequisites are the RepBase libraries from\n[girinst.org](http://www.girinst.org/). Licencing prevents\nredistribution of these data, so you have to pull these in yourself\nwhen you build the image.
