For doing the task, I have used machine learning classifier algorithms like Random Forest, Decision Tree, K-Neighbors, Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, Ada Boost, Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB) etc. from the scikit-learn library. That made the detection of unsafe emails automatic.
