Для этого модель анализирует множество речевых характеристик диалога: лексику, эмоциональную окраску, перебивания, скорость речи и другие.  Модель анализирует каналы клиента и оператора по отдельности и их взаимодействие, а по итогам предсказывает CSI.\n\nДля вызова модели **CSI** по gRPC-протоколу передайте параметр `insight_models` со значением `csi`.\n\n## Модель FCR\n\nМодель **FCR (First Call Resolution)** помогает спрогнозировать оценку вероятности решения вопрсоа с первого обращения.\nВысокая FCR означает, что клиенты реже вынуждены повторно обращаться по одной и той же проблеме.\n\nПри обращении к модели **FCR** по gRPC-протоколу передайте параметр `insight_models` со значением `is_solved`.\n\n## Модель call_features\n\nМодель **call_features** предоставляет подробную статистику разговора клиента и оператора колл-центра.
