Population Dynamics Models  \n- Numerical simulation of simple one-variable population models and continuous growth models.  \n- Simulations of delay models and age distribution models.  \n- Linear stability analysis of nonlinear systems.  \n**[2 Labs]**\n\n### 2. Ecological Models  \n- Simulation of Predator–Prey Models: Lotka–Volterra Systems.  \n- Complexity and stability analysis of predator–prey models with limit cycles.  \n- Periodic behavior and parameter domains of stability in competition models.  \n**[2 Labs]**\n\n### 3. Epidemiology Models  \n- Simulation of epidemic models: SIS, SIR Epidemics, and SIR Endemics in MATLAB.  \n- Tumor models: Simulation of tumor spread and invasion in the human brain.  \n- Numerical computation for different treatment scenarios.  \n**[2 Labs]**\n\n### 4. Numerical Simulation of Physical Processes  \n- Linear elasticity problems and Hooke’s Law.  \n- 2D Inviscid flow models: Simulation of streamlines, streaklines, and pathlines.  \n- Viscous flow models: Navier-Stokes Flow, Newtonian and Non-Newtonian flow through pipes (Hagen-Poiseuille flow, Couette flow).  \n**[5 Labs]**\n\n### 5. Simulation of Diffusion-Reaction Processes  \n- Chemical reactions and the Mass Action Law.  \n- Kinetic reactions: 0th, 1st, and nth order.  \n- Convection-reaction-diffusion models.  \n- Heat conduction and solute dispersion.  \n- Exact solutions of convection-diffusion-reaction models.  \n**[2 Labs]**\n\n\n## References\n1.
