Install gems\n\n        bundle install\n\n## Setup\n\n1.  Start Sequencescape server on port 3000\n\n        # move to Sequencescape directory\n        bundle exec rails server\n\n2.  Setup config\n\n        # This runs `lib/tasks/config.rake` which creates an file in the `environments` directory\n        bundle exec rake config:generate\n\n3.
