Status](https://travis-ci.org/sayantam/croaky-rspec.svg?branch=master)](https://travis-ci.org/sayantam/croaky-rspec)\n\nRSpec 3.0 formatter that croaks only for failed examples. The formatter captures stdout and stderr during an example\nrun, and dumps them for failed examples only. Progress is shown as per progress formatter.\n\nIt detects a JRuby platform and captures output from Java as well. For example, it will capture console output from a\nlogger like ``log4j``, as well as Java IO streams such as ``java.lang.System.out``, and ``java.lang.System.err``.\n\n## Installation\n\nAdd this line to your application's Gemfile:\n\n```ruby\ngem 'croaky-rspec'\n```\n\nAnd then execute:\n\n    $ bundle install\n\nOr install it yourself as:\n\n    $ gem install croaky-rspec\n\n## Usage\n\nThis is meant to be an RSpec \u003e= 3.0 formatter. The fully qualified class name is ``Croaky::RSpec::CroakyFormatter``.\nUse RSpec's ``format`` option to specify this formatter.\n\n```bash\n$ bundle exec rspec -f Croaky::RSpec::CroakyFormatter\n```\n\n## Development\n\nAfter checking out the repo, run `bin/setup` to install dependencies. Then, run `rake spec` to run the tests.\nYou can also run `bin/console` for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.\n\nTo install this gem onto your local machine, run `bundle exec rake install`. To release a new version,\nupdate the version number in `version.rb`, and then push to origin master.
