All scripts are\nwritten under MATLAB and have been tested using MATLAB R2013b. The following\nMATLAB toolboxes are required to run all the components:\n\n- Curve Fitting Toolbox\n- Image Processing Toolbox\n- Mapping Toolbox\n- Optimization Toolbox\n- Statistics Toolbox\n\n\nThe bundle contains 3 directories:\n\n-   the [spindleAnalysis](spindleAnalysis) directory contains the scripts used\n    to align the spindle width/length measurements. The startup script is\n    called [runSpindleAnalysis.m](spindleAnalysis/runSpindleAnalysis.m) and\n    looks for XLS files containing time-series of the spindle lengths.\n\n-   the [photoactivation](photoactivation) directory contains the scripts used\n    to process the spindle photoactivation experiments into flux/turnover measurements.
