Micromolecules can be quantitatively probed with\nhapten-specific IgG reagents with subcellular resolution. CMP is the\nfusion of three technology platforms: Anti-hapten IgG libraries,\ntissue array fabrication, and computational pattern recognition. CMP\nprofiles multiple metabolites in every cell, concurrently discovers\nand phenotypes cell classes, tracks cell state, and maps disease\nsequelae in any tissue or organism.\n\nThis codebase implements an interface to clustering and visualizing\ncell classes from CMP image data.
