The IEEE standard (which is\nhow this package behaves) requires rounding to the nearest EVEN number if\nexactly between, e.g. 1.5 --\u003e 2; 2.5 --\u003e 2; 3.5 --\u003e 4; 4.5 --\u003e 4, etc. This\nminimizes systematic rounding error. Thus, if re-implementing algorithms from\nMatlab code, slight inconsistencies in rounded results are expected.
