Pincheira\n\n## About Me\nMathematical Engineering student at the University of Chile. I possess a solid foundation in both pure and applied mathematics, complemented by a comprehensive education in engineering. Currently, my primary interest lies in machine learning and deep learning, approached from both theoretical and applied perspectives.\nI have experience working on both academic and professional projects, ranging from **optimal control theory** and **PDE-based inpainting** to **data extraction** and **process automation** in the export industry.\n  \n## Skills\n- **Mathematics \u0026 Optimization**: Convex analysis, machine learning, stochastic simulation, and differential equations.\n- **Programming**: Python, Julia, SQL, and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch and OpenCV.\n- **Data Science**: Machine learning, data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization.\n- **Tools**: Git, and MacOS app development.\n\n## Some of My Favorite Projects\n- **MRI Video Reconstruction Via Time Dependant Deep Image Priot**: Part of a research internship at iHealth.\n- [**Inpainting using PDEs**](https://github.com/Sebastijo/Inpainting-de-Imagenes-usando-Ecuaciones-en-Derivadas-Parciales): Mathematical models and algorithms to restore missing parts of an image.\n- **MRI Simulation**: Simulating electron control on a 2D Bloch sphere.\n- **Data Science Tools**: Automating data extraction and manipulation for business use cases.\n\n## Currently Learning\n- C++.\n- Ergodic Theory.\n\n\n## Goals for 2025\n- Learn reinforcement learning and applying it to a simple C++ coded video game.\n- Start a MSc in applied mathematics.\n\n## How I Work\nI love using open-source software and tools.
