La aplicación está diseñada para ser rápida y fácil de usar, aprovechando las características avanzadas de Next.js.\n\n## Características\n\n- Autenticación de usuarios\n- Gestión de datos en tiempo real\n- Visualización de datos con gráficos interactivos\n- Diseño responsivo y amigable con el usuario\n- Despliegue en Vercel\n\n## Requisitos\n\nPara ejecutar esta aplicación localmente, necesitas tener instalado lo siguiente:\n\n- Node.js (v12.x o superior)\n- npm (v6.x o superior) o Yarn\n\n## Instalación\n\n1.
