The network is designed with a focus on security, performance, redundancy, and scalability.\n\n## Prerequisites\n- Cisco Packet Tracer (version 8.0 or later recommended)\n\n## Opening the Project\n1. Launch Cisco Packet Tracer\n2. File \u003e Open\n3. Navigate to the project file: `FintechNetwork.pkt`\n4. Click Open\n\n## Network Topology\nThe network consists of:\n- Multiple departments, each with its own VLAN\n- Core layer with multilayer switches\n- Distribution layer with redundant connections\n- Access layer switches for each department\n- Wireless access points for each department\n- Voice over IP (VoIP) implementation\n- Server farm with DHCP and other services\n- Dual ISP connections for redundancy\n\n## Key Configurations\n1. VLANs: Separate VLANs for each department and voice traffic\n2. Inter-VLAN Routing: Implemented on multilayer switches\n3. DHCP: Server configured for dynamic IP assignment\n4. VoIP: Cisco 2811 router configured for telephony services\n5. Wireless: Each department has WiFi access\n6. Routing: OSPF protocol implemented\n7. Security:\n   - Port security on switches\n   - SSH for remote administration\n   - ACLs for access control\n   - NAT/PAT for internet access\n8. VPN: Site-to-site IPsec VPN between HQ and server site\n\n## IP Addressing Scheme\n- Data Network: 192.168.20.0/24\n- Voice Network: 10.10.10.0/24\n- Public Addresses: 190.200.100.0/24\n\n## Simulation Exercises\n1. Test inter-VLAN communication\n2. Verify VoIP calls between departments\n3. Check wireless client connectivity\n4. Simulate internet access and verify NAT functionality\n5. Test VPN connectivity between sites\n6. Verify DHCP assignment for client devices\n\n## Troubleshooting\nIf devices can't communicate:\n1. Check physical connections\n2. Verify IP addressing and VLAN assignments\n3. Ensure routing is properly configured\n4. Check ACL configurations\n\n## Note\nThis is a simulated environment. Some advanced features of physical Cisco devices may not be fully represented in Packet Tracer.\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fshahkaivan%2Ffintech-network","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fshahkaivan%2Ffintech-network","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fshahkaivan%2Ffintech-network/lists"}
