It was developed as part of a hackathon initiative to tackle issues in respiratory health using technology.\n\n**CLICK THE IMAGE BELOW TO WATCH THE DEMO**\n\n[![YOUTUBE VIDEO LINK](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/c6a8a738-992a-4601-a20b-a807d03ffa48)](https://youtu.be/YV0klYNzNmU)\n\n## Features\n\n1. **FibroPred: Pulmonary Fibrosis Prediction**\n   - Upload datasets to predict pulmonary fibrosis outcomes.\n   - Select features and target columns for predictive modeling.\n   - Evaluate the model using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score.\n   - Visualize feature importance using interactive charts.\n\n2. **QResp: QR Therapeutic Decision Tool**\n   - Enter patient details such as age, symptoms, and medical history.\n   - Generate QR codes containing patient information to aid in therapeutic decision-making.\n\n3. **Data Visualization**\n   - Upload datasets for analysis.\n   - Generate correlation heatmaps to explore relationships between variables.\n   - Create scatter plots to analyze data trends.\n\n4. **Patient Symptom Tracker**\n   - Log patient symptoms and medical details over time.\n   - Save logs to a CSV file for record-keeping.\n   - View and analyze logged data within the app.\n\n## Installation\n\n1. Clone this repository:\n   ```bash\n   git clone https://github.com/shreyazh/Respire\n   cd respiratory-diseases-app\n   ```\n\n2. Install required dependencies:\n   ```bash\n   pip install -r requirements.txt\n   ```\n\n3. Run the app:\n   ```bash\n   streamlit run app.py\n   ```\n\n## Requirements\n\n- Python 3.7+\n- Streamlit\n- Pandas\n- NumPy\n- scikit-learn\n- Matplotlib\n- Seaborn\n- qrcode\n- Pillow\n\nInstall all dependencies using:\n```bash\npip install -r requirements.txt\n```\n\n## Usage\n\n1. Start the app using `streamlit run app.py`.\n2.
