Replace this text with a comprehensive description covering the purpose and domain.\nInsert your code into the respective folders, i.e. `scripts`, `rules`, and `envs`. Define the entry point of the workflow in the `Snakefile` and the main configuration in the `config.yaml` file.\n\n## Authors\n\n* Silas Kieser (@silask)\n\n## Usage\n\n### Step 1: Install workflow\n\nIf you simply want to use this workflow, download and extract the [latest release](https://github.com/snakemake-workflows/profiler/releases).\nIf you intend to modify and further develop this workflow, fork this repository. Please consider providing any generally applicable modifications via a pull request.\n\nIn any case, if you use this workflow in a paper, don't forget to give credits to the authors by citing the URL of this repository and, if available, its DOI (see above).\n\n### Step 2: Configure workflow\n\nConfigure the workflow according to your needs via editing the file `config.yaml`.\n\n### Step 3: Execute workflow\n\nTest your configuration by performing a dry-run via\n\n    snakemake -n\n\nExecute the workflow locally via\n\n    snakemake --cores $N\n\nusing `$N` cores or run it in a cluster environment via\n\n    snakemake --cluster qsub --jobs 100\n\nor\n\n    snakemake --drmaa --jobs 100\n\nSee the [Snakemake documentation](https://snakemake.readthedocs.io) for further details.\n\n## Testing\n\nTests cases are in the subfolder `.test`. They should be executed via continuous integration with Travis CI.\n","funding_links":[],"categories":[],"sub_categories":[],"project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fsilask%2Fprofiler","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fsilask%2Fprofiler","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fsilask%2Fprofiler/lists"}
