[简介](https://github.com/SoCXin/CR600/wiki)\n\n[CR600](https://github.com/SoCXin/CR600) 是上海云间半导体针对复杂电力线环境，自主研发的宽带电力线载波SoC芯片。具有高集成度、高可靠性的特点。CR600 的电力线载波传输采用先进的OFDM 技术，频率范围2MHz~28MHz，自带FEC 纠错与校验， 自适应跳频，有效避开电力线噪声；物理层传输速率最高可达240Mbps；可实现实时多路高清视频的传输。CR600芯片作为数字基带芯片，需和上海云间半导体提供的CR150模拟前端(AFE)芯片搭配使用。\n\nCR600同时又是一颗高性能、低功耗、高集成度的32位MCU芯片，内置Cortex M0 内核，主频高达125MHz，内置256Kbyte SRAM，支持RTOS操作系统、TCP/IP协议栈和各种复杂协议及算法。具有丰富的对外接口， 如多达48个GPIO、SPI、UART、A/D、I2C、I2S、PWM、SDIO、Ethernet 等接口。CR600通过4线SPI接口连接外置的SPI Flash，支持在Flash上直接运行程序，节省SRAM，并通过16Kbyte指令Cache实现高速、 零等待的程序运行。\n\n作为集32位MCU和宽带电力载波功能于一身的SoC芯片，既可以应用于单纯的电力载波通信，比如串口/PLC透传、网口/PLC透传等应用，又可以作为主控芯片，完成电力载波通信、操作系统、用户界面、实时控制、
