MSDS HPC and DS Final Project\n\nThe goal of semester project is to produce a single-submit, end-to-end,\nperformant pipeline for a complex and computationally intensive data analysis\nworkflow.\n\n## Semester Project Details\n\n- The analysis and dataset, possibly generative, needs to be\n  sufficiently computationally intensive such that a reasonable\n  performance analysis can be conducted.\n- The specific dataset, analysis, and performance analysis will be\n  agreed to at various stages during the semester.\n- The pipeline should be single-submit, meaning that a single job is\n  submitted to the queue system and then entire pipeline is run with\n  each stage run on appropriate hardware with appropriately optimized\n  software stacks.\n- The deliverable will be a ready to present slide deck in your GitHub\n  repo, *i.e.* a job will be submitted on an SMU HPC cluster and then,\n  sometime later with zero human interaction, a PDF presentation will\n  appear in your GitHub repo.\n- The presentation should discuss both the dataset analysis and\n  performance analysis.\n- Specific compute resources will be reserved for final testing and\n  the production run.\n\n## Repository
