One command, predictable archives, full control over where they land.\n\nUse it to **protect context** before an OS reinstall, **snapshot** a project era, **move machines**, or keep an **offline copy** of what your assistant “remembers” on disk.\n\n**Portable:** install once with the command below; **`llmsave`** lands on your **`PATH`** so you can run it from **any directory**.\n\n**Supported IDEs**\n\n- **Cursor** — supported\n- **Claude** — coming soon\n\n**Before you run:** quit your **IDE** so databases and files are not locked mid-backup.\n\n## Install (one command)\n\n**macOS / Linux** — installs to `~/.local/bin` and adds it to your shell config (`~/.zshrc`, `~/.bashrc`, or `~/.profile`):\n\n```bash\ncurl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sshehrozali/llmsave/main/install.sh | sh\n```\n\n**Windows (PowerShell)** — installs to `%USERPROFILE%\\bin` and updates your user `PATH`:\n\n```powershell\nirm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sshehrozali/llmsave/main/install.ps1 | iex\n```\n\nReload your shell config (same window) **or** open a new terminal, then check:\n\n```bash\nsource ~/.zshrc   # zsh — use ~/.bashrc if you use bash\nllmsave -version\n```\n\nUntil you do that, `llmsave` is not on `PATH` in this session.
