Many of them are simply experiments,\nespecially Lisp language experiments. Others are demonstrations.\n\nSome of the files here have grown to be their own library. Examples\ninclude:\n\n    * defdata.lisp -\u003e CL-ALGEBRAIC-DATA-TYPE\n\n      A library for algebraic data types in Lisp.\n\n    * illogical-pathnames.lisp -\u003e ILLOGICAL-PATHNAMES\n\n      A library for dealing with a somewhat more logical version of\n      logical pathnames.\n\n    * interface.lisp -\u003e INTERFACE\n\n      A library for creating (programmatic) interfaces.\n\n    * locative.lisp -\u003e CL-LOCATIVES\n\n      A library for manipulating (a form of) locatives, reminiscent of\n      the Lisp Machine.\n\n    * symbolic-function.lisp -\u003e SYMBOLIC-FUNCTION\n\n      A library for handling so-called \"symbolic functions\".\n\n    * young.lisp -\u003e CL-YOUNG-TABLEAUX\n\n      A library for manipulating Young tableaux.\n\nNot all code in this directory is complete or functional. Some files\nwere the start to an idea, and then were never finished. Other things\nare long-term works-in-progress.\n\nThere are some sub-directories. In general, they are not very\norganizationally meaningful to this repository as a whole. However,\nthere are two exceptions.\n\n    1. The sub-directory \"miscellaneous_exercises\" contains\n       interview-style questions or puzzles that I've done.\n\n    2. The sub-directory \"graphics\" contains graphical programs I've\n       sometimes shown during talks or demonstrations. They mostly\n       make use of LispWorks' CAPI graphics system. As such, they are\n       wholly dependent on having a LispWorks license.\n\nFeel free to inspect or use the code. It is licensed under the BSD\n3-clause license. Please see the LICENSE file.
