Run the following commands\n 1. Download the binaries\n\n```sh\n . ./downloadbin.sh\n\n```\n\n 2. To Generate the cryto config and other configurations\n```sh\n  . ./generateartifacts.sh\n```\n\n\n 3. Start the netowrk  \n\n```sh\n  . setenv.sh\n  docker-compose up -d\n```\n\n 4. Build and join channel. Make sure that network is running\n\n```sh\n\n   docker exec -it cli bash -e ./buildandjoinchannel.sh\n\n```\n\n 5. Install and intantiate the chain codes\n```sh\n  docker exec -it cli bash -e  ./degreerecordmgmt_install.sh\n```\n6. Make the following /etc/hosts entries ( This will require sudo access for the blockchain user)\n\n```sh\n\n127.0.0.1\tca.iitj.ac.in        \n127.0.0.1\tca.iitkjp.ac.in     \n127.0.0.1\tca.edunet.net       \n127.0.0.1\torderer0.edunet.net\n127.0.0.1\tpeer0.iitj.ac.in    \n127.0.0.1\tpeer0.edunet.net    \n127.0.0.1\tpeer0.iitkjp.ac.in  \n\n```\n## When chain code is modified\nTo update the chain code , first update the chain code source files in chaincode/github.com/degreerecordmgmt directory.\nThen run the following commands as appropriate\n\n```sh\n  docker exec -it cli bash -e  ./degreerecordmgmt_update.sh \u003cversion\u003e\n```\n\n## To bring up an existing network\n```sh\n\ncd /home/blockchain/edunet/network\n. setenv.sh\ndocker-compose up -d\n\n```\n## To destory  an existing network\n```sh\ncd /home/blockchain/edunet/network\n. setenv.sh\ndocker-compose down\n./clearVols.sh\n./removeImages.sh\n\n```\n\n# To check the chaincode installations\n```sh\n. setpeer.sh EDUNET peer0\npeer chaincode query -C degreerecordchannel -n degreerecordmgmt -c '{\"Args\":[\"probe\"]}'\n\n. setpeer.sh IITJ peer0\npeer chaincode query -C degreerecordchannel -n degreerecordmgmt -c '{\"Args\":[\"probe\"]}'\n\n. setpeer.sh IITKJP peer0\npeer chaincode query -C degreerecordchannel -n degreerecordmgmt -c '{\"Args\":[\"probe\"]}'\n\n```\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fsuddutt1%2Fedunetbc","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fsuddutt1%2Fedunetbc","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fsuddutt1%2Fedunetbc/lists"}
