Use the makefile to build a\ncontainer. To build cts1-broadwell e.g.\n```\nmake cts1-broadwell\n```\n\n#### Configuring the build Makefile\nThe makefile will try to select sensible defaults, however those can be\nconfigured using environment variables on the commandline or modifying the\nMakefile. See the top of the Makefile for available options. e.g.\n\n```\nmake \\\n  REPO_ADDR=mydockerregistry.com \\\n  HTTP_PROXY=http://proxy:80/ \\\n  HTTPS_PROXY=http://proxy:80/ \\\n  CONTAINER_RT=docker \\\n  cts1-broadwell\n```\n\n#### TODO\n- Narrowly define compiler toolchain.
