Memory-Allocator\n\nUn alocator de memorie simplificat, ce implementeaza urmatoarele functii\n\n## INITIALIZE N\n\n- prima comanda apelata;\n\n- aloca `N` octeti care reprezinta zona de memorie cu care se va lucra.\n\n## FINALIZE\n\n- ultima comanda apelata;\n\n- dealoca acei `N` octeti alocati de `INITIALIZE`.\n\n## DUMP\n\n- afiseaza octetii hartii in format hexazecimal;\n\n- similar cu hexdump.\n\n\n## ALLOC SIZE\n\n- aloca `SIZE` octeti pe prima pozitie de la stanga la dreapta din arena in care acest lucru este posibil;\n\n- returneaza adresa de inceput a zonei alocate.\n\n## FREE INDEX\n\n- elibereaza memoria ce incepe la pozitia `INDEX`;\n\n- `INDEX` este o pozitie returnata de `ALLOC`.\n\n## FILL INDEX SIZE VALUE\n\n- seteaza `SIZE` octeti incepand cu pozitia `INDEX` la valoarea `VALUE`;\n\n- similar cu un `memset`.\n\n## SHOW INFO\n\n- ofera statistici despre starea memoriei;\n\n- **INFO** poate fi:\n\n\t- **FREE**: numarul de octeti nealocati si numarul de zone continue libere din memorie;\n\t\n\t- **USAGE**: numarul de octeti folositi din arena, eficienta si fragmentarea alocarii;\n\t\n\t- **ALLOCATIONS**: afiseaza pentru fiecare zona, daca este libera sau alocata impreuna cu dimensiunea acestora;\n\t\n\t- **MAP LENGTH**: afiseaza un sir de `LENGTH` caractere, care ilustreaza memoria gestionata: `*` reprezinta o zona alocata, iar `.` una nealocata.\n\t\n## ALLOCALIGNED SIZE ALIGN\n\n- face acelasi lucru ca `ALLOC`, dar aloca doar la un index care este multiplu de `ALIGN`, unde `ALIGN` este o putere a lui 2.\n\n## REALLOC INDEX SIZE\n\n- realoca zona de memorie de la pozitia `INDEX` cu noua dimensiune de `SIZE`;\n\n- pozitia in care se face realocarea este prima de la stanga la dreapta in care incap `SIZE` octeti.\n\n## DEFRAG\n\n- alipeste toate zonele alocate la stanga, astfel incat, dupa rularea comenzii, fragmentarea scade la *0%*;\n\n- returneaza un vector care face legatura dintre vechii indecsi ai zonelor de memorie si cei noi.\n\n## SAFE_FILL INDEX SIZE VALUE\n\n- functia `FILL` risca sa suprascrie octeti unde nu ar trebuis sa aiba acces;\n\n- functia `SAFE_FILL` verifica sa se scrie la un `INDEX` valid (alocat) si un numar de octeti care nu depaseste zona in care se face
