About\npsyberSpace is our attempt at reducing the distance between the doctors(therapists) and the patients.\n\n### Features\n- Finding therapist according to their field/speciality and experience.\n- Booking an appointment at some data and time\n- Join the appointment virtually using integrated video chat system\n- one-to-one chat with doctors\n- public chatrooms\n- AI assisted diagnosis of mental conditions\n- Mindfullness exercises for better mental health\n\n## Tech stack\n### Frontend\n- ReactJS\n- ChakraUI (UI components library)\n- PeerJS (WebRTC wrapper for facilitating video calls)\n- Socket.io-client\n- axios (API calls to BE servers)\n\n### Backend\n- NodeJS (RTE)\n- ExpressJS (Building APIs, middlewares)\n- Mongoose (database driver)\n- Peer (PeerJS server component for signalling)\n- Socket.io (Chat features, Signalling for PeerJS)\n\n### Database\n- MongoDB\n\n## Result: (_Winner_)\n\n## Experience\nThis hackathon only had 5 themes: \n- Fitness and sports\n- Ed-tech solutions\n- mental health and welness\n- empowering youth financially\n- collaboration and innovation\n\n- The lack of variety and narrowness of the themes made it tough to decide a project idea which was both unique and exciting enough to impress the judges. But eventually we decided this idea and implemented it quite well.\n- The UI is not that impressive and some of the features are not complete yet, but this project represents a great prototype for such an idea.\n- we enjoyed our time while building it\n\n## Lessons learned\n- Figure out and setup deployment before going into development process.
