Every 5 naira counts. You should be able to account for how you spent it. No matter how small, it means something. The books would not be balanced otherwise. Also, the amount, no matter how small, might be all a customer has. People have issues and complaints about the tiniest amounts. And in the process, he experiences really great moments, I think. I used to work in telecommunications with a lot of older people who just wanted to send you on errands as opposed to engagingyou intellectually or caring about your wellbeing.
