As such, Gitcoins can be considered as _internet points_.\n\nThe ledger content is stored in this file: `/purse`\n\n## Transaction\n\nTo perform a transaction:\n - 🍴 fork the repository\n - ✏️ edit the blockchain state as needed\n - 📈 submit a _pull request_\n\nThe review process is completely decentralized as anybody can comment on the _pull request_. \nThe _pull request_ can either be accepted or denied by a _dictator_.
