Building and Components\n\nThe image has the following components:\n\n- [`TeX Live`](http://www.tug.org/texlive/)\n- [`ghostscript`](http://ghostscript.com/)\n- [`poppler-utils`](http://poppler.freedesktop.org/)\n- [`cabal`](http://www.haskell.org/cabal/)\n- [`pandoc`](http://pandoc.org/)\n- [`imagemagick`](http://www.imagemagick.org/)\n- several `pandoc` filters, namely\n   + [`pandoc-citeproc`](http://github.com/jgm/pandoc-citeproc),\n   + [`pandoc-crossref`](http://github.com/lierdakil/pandoc-crossref),\n   + [`latex-formulae-pandoc`](http://github.com/liamoc/latex-formulae), and\n   + [`pandoc-citeproc-preamble`](http://github.com/spwhitton/pandoc-citeproc-preamble)\n\n## 2.
