This simply reports the\ncurrent time (modified Julian day and local sidereal time for the JCMT).\n\nRequirements:\n-------------\n\nA C compiler is required but the SOFA and PAL source code are included\nwith the distribution and will be built automatically.\n\nInstallation:\n-------------\n\n  % perl Build.PL\n  % ./Build\n  % ./Build test\n  % ./Build install\n\nThe tests only test part of the build. Some functions remain untested.\n\nSee Astro::Coords for a general object-oriented wrapper around Astro::PAL.\n\nDocumentation:\n--------------\n\nThe module provides documentation on how to use the perl interface\nto PAL.
