Use this add-on for this purpose: https://github.com/tin2tin/arrange_sequence\n\n## Import an EDL in Davinci Resolve\n- Set the project framerate to the framerate of the EDL(the edl files do not carry this information)\n- Select in project settings \"Use time code from source clip frame count\", \"Assist using reel names from source clip filenames\" and \"Extract reel names from EDL comments\"\n- Import all your raw video assets into the Media bins.\n- In the Timeline Management pane, click load to import your EDL\n\n## Using the import EDL addon in Blender\n( https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Extensions:2.6/Py/Scripts/Import-Export/EDL_Import )\n- Open Blender.\n- File \u003e User preferences \u003e Addons \u003e Categories \u003e Import – Export \u003e Import – Export Import EDL \u003e Check it.\n- Click button \u003e Save user settings (so that setting will be used each time you start Blender).\n- Close the user preferences window.\n- Change the combo box in the top bar saying Default to Video Editing.\n- To the right of the time line you’ll see EDL import\n- Click the open folder button under the offset line and select your edl file.\n- Click ‘Refresh Reels’.\n- Add paths to the missing reels using the open folder buttons.\n- When all is set click ‘Import video sequence (.edl)\n- The timeline should now show your EDL project.\n\n## Limitations\n- No dropframe fps supported.\n- Only video, audio clips and dissolves(on same channel) are supported.\n- File embedded timecodes and reelnames are not supported. \n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Ftin2tin%2FExport_EDL","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Ftin2tin%2FExport_EDL","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Ftin2tin%2FExport_EDL/lists"}
