It includes templates for the main manuscript, cover letter, and responses to referee reports, along with a GitHub Actions workflow for automated PDF compilation.\n\n## Features\n\n- Manuscript template using the revtex class (APS style)\n- Cover letter template using the `moderncv` class\n- Referee response template\n- Automated PDF compilation via GitHub Actions\n- example figures generated using tikz/pgfplots\n\n\u003cp float=\"left\"\u003e\n  \u003cimg src=\"assets/fig01.png\" width=\"45%\" /\u003e\n  \u003cimg src=\"assets/fig02.png\" width=\"45%\" /\u003e\n\u003c/p\u003e\n\n\n## Directory Structure\n\n- `manuscript/`: Contains the main manuscript (main.tex) following APS formatting.\n- `coverletter/`: Contains the cover letter (main.tex) using the moderncv class.\n- `referee_report/`: Contains the response to referee comments (main.tex).\n- `others/`: Contains additional resources or examples.\n- `.github/workflows/`: Contains the GitHub Actions workflow YAML file for automated builds. ￼\n\n## Dependencies\n\nEnsure the following LaTeX packages/repositories are installed:\n\n- revtex: For APS manuscript formatting (can be changed for your preference).\n- moderncv: For the cover letter formatting.\n- standalone: For compiling figures and tables separately.\n- Bibtex: For bibliography management.\n- mschroen/review_response_letter: For author response formatting.\n\n## Usage\n\n1.\tClone the repository:\n\n\t```bash\n\tgit clone https://github.com/ToAmano/paper_template.git\n\tcd paper_template\n\t```\n\n2.\tNavigate to the desired directory (manuscript/, coverletter/, or referee_report/) and edit the main.tex file as needed.\n\n3.\tCompile the LaTeX files using latexmk:\n\n\t```bash\n\tlatexmk -pdf main.tex\n\t```\n\n\tThis will generate the corresponding PDF file.\n\n## GitHub Actions Workflow\n\nThe repository includes a GitHub Actions workflow that automatically compiles the LaTeX documents upon pushing changes.\n- The workflow is defined in .github/workflows/.\n- It triggers on push tag events and compiles the LaTeX files to PDFs.\n- It also generate the diff file comparing the latest and the previous tags.\n\n## Examples\n\nThe following papers are written using this repository.\n\n- __T.
