Currently, the maximum number of lanes it can process is **20**.\n\n## Analysis setup\n#### Step 0\nEvenly partition each lane on the gel image to 30 parts, and measure the color / shade intensity from any gel image software.\n\n#### Step 1\nDetermine the position of the size ladders / markers in terms of the partition. Set the position of each ladder / marker band in the \"Ladders\" input region.\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cimg src=\"img/Step1.png\" align=\"center\" width=\"40%\"\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\n#### Step 2\nCombine all the intensity data into one column, and copy to the \"Volumn\" input region.\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cimg src=\"img/Step2.png\" align=\"center\" width=\"35%\"\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\n#### Step 3\nSetup the sample information in the next input region.\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cimg src=\"img/Step3.png\" align=\"center\" width=\"50%\"\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\n#### Step 4\nRun the script by clicking the button in the fourth section.\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cimg src=\"img/Step4.png\" align=\"center\" width=\"25%\"\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\n## Result\nAfter running the script, three result sheets will be generated.\n\n#### Section II\nAn overview of the ladder and sample information you have setup in Section I.\n\n#### Section III\nThe detailed information about the telomere length calculation for each lane.\n\n#### Section IV\nA summary of the sample telomere length.\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cimg src=\"img/Section4.png\" align=\"center\" width=\"60%\"\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\n## Copyright\nThis Excel VBA script program was developed while I was working in laboratory of [Dr. David Gilley](http://genetics.medicine.iu.edu/faculty/david-p-gilley-ph-d/) in Indiana University, School of Medicine, Indianapolis.
