[Troubleshooting](#Troubleshooting)\n    - Trouble with Composer\n    - Installing webinterface at webspace without SSH access\n\n# How to setup the new webinterface?\n\n### Installation video (German)\n[![IMAGE ALT TEXT HERE](https://img.youtube.com/vi/wzXY6UlYlog/0.jpg)](https://youtu.be/wzXY6UlYlog)\n\n### Recommendations for server setup\n\nUse at least ``Ubuntu 20.04`` or ``Debian 10``\u003cbr\u003e\nInstalling ``MariaDB 10.3.X`` or higher instead of ``MySQL``\u003cbr\u003e\nUsing at least ``PHP 7.4.X`` or higher\n\n### Installing\n\n**IMPORTANT**: Please setup first the Minecraft plugin!\n\n-  Setting up your Apache2 server for the new webinterface. Open the Apache2 settings file with `nano /etc/apache2/sites-available/000-default.conf` and add this to your file. You need to create first a subdomain by your domain hosting::\n\n```\n\u003cVirtualHost *:80\u003e\n        ServerName professionalbans.yourdomain.com\n\n        ServerAdmin webmaster@localhost\n        DocumentRoot /var/www/your/path/to/professionalbans/public \n        #This line should end with /public. Because when this is not you EXPOSING your MySQL credentials.\n\n        ErrorLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/error.log\n        CustomLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/access.log combined\n\u003c/VirtualHost\u003e\n```\n- [Install composer or update if necessary](https://getcomposer.org/download/)\n- Install dependencies `apt install php-intl php-gd php-xml php-mbstring php-mysql`\n- Create folder in webserver `mkdir /var/www/professionalbans \u0026\u0026 cd /var/www/professionalbans`\n- Download webinterface `git clone https://github.com/Tutorialwork/ProfessionalBans-Webinterface .`\n- Install webinterface dependencies `composer install`\n- Install compatibility with Apache2 `composer require symfony/apache-pack` and confirm with yes (y)\n- Gave webserver permissions ``chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/professionalbans``\n- Enable Apache2 mod_rewrite ``sudo a2enmod rewrite``\n- Restart webserver `service apache2 restart`\n\nDone now you can access your webinterface and setup it.\n\n# Troubleshooting\n\n## I get a error by running composer commands like this ``[ErrorException] \"continue\" targeting switch is equivalent to \"break\". Did you mean to use \"continue 2\"?``\n##### Try reinstalling Composer with\n- ``sudo apt-get remove composer`` \n- ``sudo apt autoremove`` \n- ``sudo curl -s https://getcomposer.org/installer | php`` \n- ``sudo mv composer.phar /usr/local/bin/composer`` \n\n## I'm using a webspace without SSH access\n##### Installing Composer at Windows\n- [Download XAMPP for Composer](https://www.apachefriends.org/de/index.html)\n- [Download Composer for Windows](https://getcomposer.org/Composer-Setup.exe)\n- Download webinterface using Windows shell using ``git clone https://github.com/Tutorialwork/ProfessionalBans-Webinterface``\n- Open downloaded folder\n- Open Windows shell at this folder like this ![Alt text](https://i.imgur.com/Hn4aB1i.png?raw=true \"Optional Title\")\n- Install webinterface dependencies `composer install`\n- Install compatibility with Apache2 `composer require apache-pack` and confirm with yes (y)\n- Upload all files to your webspace. **This can take a long time.**\n\n## The language setting won't work\n##### Clear cache\n\n- Go in the root directory with ``cd /var/www/professionalbans``\n- Clear cache with ``php bin/console cache:clear``\n\n# REST API\n\nProfessionalBans is developer friendly.
