Only variables prefixed with `VM_` are exposed to the browser at build time.\n\nRequired:\n\n- `VM_CONTENTFUL_SPACE`\n- `VM_CONTENTFUL_ACCESS_TOKEN`\n- `VM_CONTENTFUL_ENVIRONMENT` (e.g. `master`)\n\nExport them in your shell before serving/building (macOS zsh):\n\n```sh\nexport VM_CONTENTFUL_SPACE=\"\u003cyour_space_id\u003e\"\nexport VM_CONTENTFUL_ACCESS_TOKEN=\"\u003cyour_cda_access_token\u003e\"\nexport VM_CONTENTFUL_ENVIRONMENT=\"master\"\n```\n\nNotes:\n\n- The dev server and builds read from your process environment. If you prefer, add these exports to your shell profile (e.g. `~/.zshrc`).\n- The app includes an env-var plugin that injects only `VM_*` variables into the client bundle.\n\n### 3) Start the dev server\n\n```sh\nnpx nx serve www\n```\n\nThis runs Angular’s dev server with HMR. The app is available at http://localhost:4200 by default.\n\n### Useful scripts\n\n- Run all tests:\n  ```sh\n  npx nx test\n  ```\n- Lint all projects:\n  ```sh\n  npx nx lint\n  ```\n- Build the app (production):\n  ```sh\n  npx nx build www --configuration=production\n  ```\n- Serve the built app statically (after a build):\n  ```sh\n  npx nx serve-static www\n  ```\n\n## Deploy to Firebase Hosting\n\nThis project ships with a `firebase.json` configured to serve the built browser output from `dist/apps/www/browser` with SPA rewrites.\n\n### One-time setup\n\n1. Install the Firebase CLI and log in:\n\n```sh\nnpm i -g firebase-tools\nfirebase login\n```\n\n2. Select or set your Firebase project (skip if already configured):\n\n```sh\nfirebase use --add\n```\n\n### Build and deploy\n\n1. Ensure the required env vars are set (see above), then build:\n\n```sh\nnpx nx build www --configuration=production\n```\n\n2. Deploy Hosting:\n\n```sh\nfirebase deploy --only hosting\n```\n\nThat’s it—Firebase Hosting will upload the contents of `dist/apps/www/browser` and apply SPA rewrites (`/** -\u003e /index.html`).\n\n### Preview channels (optional)\n\nCreate a temporary preview deployment without affecting production:\n\n```sh\nfirebase hosting:channel:deploy staging\n```\n\nYou’ll get a unique preview URL. You can also set an expiration:\n\n```sh\nfirebase hosting:channel:deploy staging --expires 7d\n```\n\n### Notes\n\n- Environment variables must be present when building.
