Requirements:\n        - Java Runtime Environment\n\n    - Download the `.exe` (Windows Executable) file\n\n    - Open a terminal with the working directory set to the location of the `.exe` file\n\n    - Syntax: `append_multiple.exe 1.arff 2.arff 3.arff 4.arff outputfile.arff`\n\n    - Use only the filenames of the `.arff` files without the path\n\n    - Follow the on screen instructions\n\n  \u003e #### Method 2 (Windows and Linux):\n\n    - Requirements:\n        - Java Runtime Environment\n        - Python 3.9\n        - For Windows https://www.python.org/downloads/ is recommended\n\n    - Download the `.py` (Python Source Code) file\n\n    - Open a terminal with the working directory set to the location of the `.py` file\n\n    - Syntax: `python append_multiple.py 1.arff 2.arff 3.arff 4.arff outputfile.arff`\n\n    - Use only the filenames of the `.arff` files without the path\n\n    -
