Other *nix environments  \nmay require some tweaking. If you're on Windows, for now your best bet is to install [VirtualBox](https://www.virtualbox.org/) and something like [Ubuntu](http://www.ubuntu.com/).\n\n## Installation\nClone the OPENSAUCE repository, \"cd\" into the directory:\n\n\t\t$ git clone https://github.com/voicesauce/opensauce.git\n\t\t$ cd /path/to/opensauce\n\nIf you're on a Mac, here's a one-line for adding the SAUCE_ROOT environment variable to your .bash_profile:\n\n\t\t$ echo export SAUCE_ROOT=$PWD \u003e\u003e ~/.bash_profile\n\nThen, don't forget to\n\n\t\t$ source ~/.bash_profile\n\nor open a new Terminal session.\n\nIf you're not on a Mac, add \"export SAUCE_ROOT=/path/to/opensauce/directory\" to your .profile manually.\n\n## Quickstart\n\nLet's assume you have a directory of sound (*.wav) files in the directory `~/sounds` and that you've cloned the opensauce repository into the folder `~/opensauce`.\n\n1. Change into the opensauce directory: `cd ~/opensauce`\n2. Make sure your `SAUCE_ROOT` environment variable is set by typing `echo $SAUCE_ROOT` on the command line. If nothing is printed, type `export SAUCE_ROOT=$PWD`.\n3.
