Clone this repository.  \r\n`git clone https://github.com/weaponsforge/facebook-app.git`\r\n\r\n2. Install dependencies.  \r\n`npm install`\r\n\r\n3. Run the local web server.  \r\n`npm run start`\r\n\r\n4. Launch the app on a web browser.  \r\n`https://localhost:3000`  \r\n\r\n\t\u003e **WARNING:** Loading https://localhost:3000 as ease will load the web app on an insecure ssl connection. Test signing in to FB at your own risk.  \r\n\t\u003e \r\n\t\u003e If you want load the web app on a secure connection from localhost, follow the instructions discussed in the  section **Use Secure SSL Certificates on Localhost**. (for windows OS only instructions for other OS may vary)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n### Use Secure SSL Certificates on Localhost\r\n\r\n1. Launch **notepad** with Administrator access and open the `C:\\Windows\\System32\\drivers\\etc\\hosts` file.\r\n2. Append the following lines:  \r\n\r\n\t\t127.0.0.1 mywebsite.com\r\n\t\t127.0.0.1 localhost\r\n\r\n3. Press **Search** from windows menu and search for **certmgr.msc**.\r\n4. Under the **certmgr** window,\r\n\t- Go to **Certificates - Current User** -\u003e **Trusted Root Certification Authority** -\u003e **Certificates**\r\n\t- Right + Click the **Certificates** directory\r\n\t- Select **All tasks** -\u003e **Import**\r\n\t\t- Browse for the **localhost-ssl.cer** file under `/server/helpers/localhost-ssl.cer`\r\n\t\t- Press the **Next** button.\r\n\t\t- Select the option `Place all certificates in the following store`\r\n\t\t\t- **Certificate store:** *Trusted Root Certification Authorities*\r\n\t\t- Press the **Next** button, then **Finish**\r\n\t\t- A **Security Warning** window will appear. Press the **Yes** button.\r\n\r\n5. Close all instances of the Chrome browser, and re-open again. Load your localhost project: `https://localhost:3000`. This should now display a secure SSL connection.\r\n\r\n6.
