DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) es un estándar que facilita la distribución y visualización de imágenes médicas, como las de resonancias magnéticas o tomografías computarizadas.\n\nLa aplicación utiliza parcialmente la biblioteca `customtkinter` para crear una interfaz de usuario gráfica (GUI). Incluye un panel de gestión de herramientas, un visor de imágenes donde se muestran las imágenes DICOM y una barra de herramientas.\n\nEl panel de gestión de herramientas se encuentra en el lado derecho de la aplicación y se utiliza para interactuar con las imágenes. El visor de imágenes ocupa la mayor parte de la ventana de la aplicación y es donde se muestran las imágenes DICOM.
