\u003c/a\u003e\n\u003c/p\u003e\n\n---\n\nLTL\u003csub\u003ef\u003c/sub\u003e2DFA is a tool that transforms an LTL\u003csub\u003ef\u003c/sub\u003e or a PPLTL formula into a minimal \nDeterministic Finite state Automaton (DFA) using [MONA](http://www.brics.dk/mona/).\n\nIt is also available online at [http://ltlf2dfa.diag.uniroma1.it](http://ltlf2dfa.diag.uniroma1.it).\n\n## Prerequisites\n\n### MONA Installation\n\nLTL\u003csub\u003ef\u003c/sub\u003e2DFA relies on the MONA tool for the generation of the DFA. \nPlease, make sure you have the MONA tool installed on your system before running LTL\u003csub\u003ef\u003c/sub\u003e2DFA. \nYou can follow the instructions [here](http://www.brics.dk/mona/download.html) to get MONA.\n\n## Install\n\n- from [PyPI](https://pypi.org/project/ltlf2dfa/):\n```\npip install ltlf2dfa\n```\n- or, from source (`master` branch):\n```\npip install git+https://github.com/whitemech/LTLf2DFA.git\n```\n\n- or, clone package in two ways: as a library, and as a CLI tool.\n\n\n### As a Library\n\n- Parse an LTL\u003csub\u003ef\u003c/sub\u003e formula:\n```python\nfrom ltlf2dfa.parser.ltlf import LTLfParser\n\nparser support for the following formal languages:\n    * Propositional Logic;\n    * Linear Temporal Logic on Finite Traces;\n    * Pure-Past Linear Temporal Logic on Finite Traces.\n\n* Conversion from LTL\u003csub\u003ef\u003c/sub\u003e/PPLTL formula to MONA (First-order Logic)\n\n**NOTE**: LTL\u003csub\u003ef\u003c/sub\u003e2DFA accepts either LTL\u003csub\u003ef\u003c/sub\u003e formulas or PPLTL
